Throughout conducting this evaluation, we hold regular, periodic meetings with the operator and report results to ownership. In cases of significant underperformance, we may advise corrections in labor staffing and offer the placement of transition teams, both on a line staff level and in executive management, to facilitate smooth transitions which do not interrupt operational flow.
