Leading Hospitality Dynamic Solutions as Chief Executive Officer, my focus is on driving change and improving business processes.  With a solid background in hospitality management and business development, I excel at forging C-Suite relationships and executing strategic negotiations for long-term partnerships.  My honed experience in lodging, casinos, culinary, catering, and food & beverage operations have always resulted in revenue and profitability growth.  The team has consistently delivered business process improvements, contributing to enhanced operational efficiencies, robust business growth, and most importantly, long term relationships.

Chris Moran has 30+ years of hospitality experience.  Former Vice President of Food, Beverage, and Procurement for Kona Grill with locations in 28 states, Canada, Mexico, & Dubai.  Senior Director of Purchasing for Sustainable Restaurant Group, Corporate Chef for Redstone American Grill, Consulting engagements with hospitality groups, ingredient suppliers, and importers, distributors, and ancillary vendors within the foodservice industry.  Chris offers expertise in ingredient and supply chain optimization, strategic partnerships with food & beverage ingredient suppliers, and wholesalers, and contract negotiations.  His focus is building long term relationships with vendor partners and removing the inefficiencies from the B2B and B2C relationships.

Dave Hansen has a three-decade tenure in hospitality, food & beverage operations, property acquisition and development, and spirit supply chain optimization. He is the former Senior Vice President of Strategic Development for Thompson Hospitality and President of Operations of an esteemed Arizona golf resort.  While serving as a C-Suite executive for numerous multi-unit F&B groups he has, in parallel, served as a Board member of numerous hospitality firms and had an active private consulting career: rehabilitating and rebranding distressed hospitality properties in the US and Europe; deploying advanced, intelligent data analysis and technological solutions to support his clients; building business cases to support LEED-certified design overhauls; and lending his planning/execution acumen to large-scale events and festivals.  Dave has frequently been engaged as a staff and leadership training coach, a keynote speaker at hospitality symposiums, and has on numerous occasions testified before Congress and local governments regarding labor relations and regulatory affairs.
